He is a former strategy and operations partner at Deloitte where he delivered innovative financial technology services around the world. He advises a number of technology companies including WealthBar.com, an innovator in how Canadians invest for their future. Bernd also sits on the board of Screenscape.com, a growing and successful digital media company based in Atlantic Canada. Bernd is a committed contributor to the development of the Canadian technology driven eco-system in the areas of financial innovation including crowdfunding, banking & financial management as well as having a special interest in crypto-technology. Bernd mentors for a number of incubators and accelerators and speaks regularly on technology and financial topics.
