We are Educapolis (www.educapolis.org) a startup from Peru, focused in giving access to education to people with very low income, and who work at government agencies but unfortunately they do not have previous education.
Educapolis purposes, besides any government iniciative, to provide access to online education for a target market of about 200,000 people only in Peru.
We have a very advanced platform developed for this purposes, so we are looking for crowdfunding to finish this highly important project that pursues to change the life of people besides the improvement of efficiency at 1900 municipalties.

I just wanted to let you know that we are in the process of launching, to my knowledge, the first ever simultaneous cross-border (US-CAD) accredited investor equity crowdfunding round by a Canadian company (which will rely on the new accredited investor crowdfunding exemption under Title II of the JOBS Act (ie., the new Rule 506(c) under Regulation D under the US Securities Act of 1933). This means that we will be able to conduct publicity in conjunction with our equity crowdfunding round.
